I have no option to get groceries other than .@AmazonFresh
Today I waited for four hours for my food delivery...it never arrived.
I called and was transferred 3x to "supervisors" only to be told there is nothing they can do and that I would have to wait.
@AmazonHelp is horrible
I've replied to you .@AmazonHelp via the link you sent.
You cannot help unless I link my X account to Amazon... I'm not doing that.
You're not "sorry" you at .@AmazonFresh simply don't care.

@greennomad61 Hi there. We're sorry to hear your order is late. Just to clarify, did you receive a new delivery time? Without sharing any order specific, personal, or account information, can you send us a DM using the button below?

@amazon @AmazonHelp and just like that the DM is another #AmazonFail. Your resolution is to send me a link to chat with customer service. Really??? Did you bother to read the DM? #AmazonDoesNotCare

@AmazonHelp Was just disconnected in chat when tried to reach Logistics supervisor for recurring delivery problem. I guess I can take my business elsewhere if you cannot address a problem of YOUR DRIVER consistently NOT delivering my orders to my address. #AmazonDoesNotCare
Iβm glad @amazon never lets me down! Got my #Batman: The animated series today and itβs damaged, just like everything else I order from them!

So, 2 complaints logged with @amazon over Amazon Delivery Drivers in the last 2-3 weeks. Told that it would be addressed at the warehouse. Then this happens today... https://t.co/LagPVsnAiG (YouTube description explains what happened.) #amazondoesnotcare #whyshouldthedriverscare
