@amazon The fake AI assistant that was talking to me from Amazon Support, just hung up on me because I said a few too many keywords. AI sucks. I asked the Indian accent something off script and they malfunctioned... The Indians that you think just have bad accents are AI... #amazonsuck

Sham on @amazonIN wont response to issues I have order a product & recived it defective & returned to person who came for delivery & after 24hrs its show me the status as delivered wen i connected customer Serives they tell me it will take more 24hrs to updated status #Amazonsuck

@amazon @AmazonHelp Order ID 407-9480984-7994769 delivered last week - raised a return request as the product is rotten and having live bugs in it. Return rejected after 7 followup calls. Unprofessional and behaviour of customer care. No reason for the rejection. #Amazonsuck

I replaced a defective Woodland Sandal on @AmazonHelp.The new one too was defective. I requested a refund. The pickup guy accepted it. But I wasn't refunded. They say the item is fake. Now they are not giving my sandal back nor refund nor proof of the sandal was Fake. #amazonsuck
