@AmazonHelp The same issue has occurred with other products as well in recent days, which I initially ignored, I was not aware that such fraudulent behavior is part of @amazonIN ‘s business practices. Kindly check the previous DM conversations to see how many times I’ve raised these concern

•They claim to “initiate return”
•Then cancel it, claiming I don’t want a return
•No tracking, no resolution
