On Amtrak's Acela going to New York and there's something wrong and we're running very late. @Amtrak doesn't seemed too concerned. "We will be late" is the announcement. Uh, yeah. How 'bout some other solutions? Can I catch a faster train at some of the coming stops? #amtrakfail

Wow. First time w @Amtrak at the fancy new #MoynihanTrainStation in #NYC and the monitors ain’t working. No announcement letting passengers know tho so we’ve ALLLLL missed our trains. Guess the new train station ain’t so fancy after all. #AmtrakFail

@Amtrak what’s the thought process in cramming a train that shows 20% capacity on to a small amount of cars? It’s a pandemic. There are at least 5 empty cars on this train. Open them. Train 391 from Chicago Union Station #amtrakfail #pandemic #deltavarient #nosocialdistancing

I resent that I am going to have to start catching the 4.30am rather than 6.30 am train if I have a 10am appt in LA because Amtrak is unreliable. #fixit #AmtrakFail @PacSurfliners 763 Really? I have to allow 6hrs for a 2hr ride???

Still waitinh to exit my @Amtrak at @NYPennStation because @myRedCap hasnt showed up an accessible ramp to get me off train, this is dispicable and attrocious service and treatment of customers w #disabilities #AmtrakFail

Extremely disappointed with @Amtrak this morning in how they treat their disabled passengers. @BivBodies & I were ignored, brushed off and he’s a left leg above the knee amputee. No help from @Amtrak attendant in redshirt. #dissapointed #amtrakfail
