Klapmuts, Western Cape:
A Zimbabwean couple allegedly targeting and robbing women along the N1 between Klapmuts and Kraaifontein was cornered at a house they were renting in Klapmuts, after one of the victims recognised them and alerted the Klapmuts community. The male suspect escaped in a car, leaving his partner behind.
One of the young women allegedly robbed by the pair accused the male suspect of groping and licking her in front of the female suspect, who she said did nothing to stop him. The suspects are also accused of being in South Africa without valid documents.
