@FL_MDD The old Dorion area is terrible - very nationalistic souche Francophones & big CAQ supporters. Store clerks are afraid to speak English. Even posting a history picture gets me in trouble. Thankfully, the rest of the area is better. #anglobashing

I had to form a private, closed Anglo FB group in Vaudreuil & area because of the Anglo-bashers in the main groups. People are afraid to talk & their administrators take down posts with even the teeniest difference of opinion before it blows up. How sad is that? #anglobashing

I am an Anglophone. I speak French with virtually no accent. My daughter speaks English with a French accent. I have made every effort to integrate, but it is #neverenough for #Anglobashing people. #Bill96 makes me regret I stayed in the province.
