This is NOT Sciatic nerve division(TN and CPN) at popliteal fossa, but Tibial nerve bifurcation into medial and lateral plantar nerve posterior to the medial malleolus. When performing #ankleblock target Tibial nerve proximal #regionalanesthesia @ESRA_Society @RegionalAnaesUK
