IF the LNP introduced the card or system for "All welfare recipients" as #AnneRuston calls it, then here is what happens: 80% of income is quarantined and can only be spent of THEIR approved merchants- i.e. NO eBay, no thrift shops etc. 20% available to withdraw as cash MAJOR issues in transactions and NO control over automatic payments out Watch this video we just posted - VERY IMPORTANT, as the LNP and Peter Dutton are now trying to backpedal and say it's only for INDIGENOUS communities.
