I had my therapy session the other day. My Arab mom, sitting at the kitchen table…”Yallah… i7kele, shu sar?” (Sooo… tell me what happened?) Today I mentioned I have an appt tomorrow. She excitedly asked, “What time?!” as if she was also invited. #ArabProbs 🙃🙃🙃

My mom literally just got my hair and was petting it for like 5 seconds and said about 20-30 Arabic words about it and what it looks like and I didn’t understand a single one #ArabProbs
