#Interesting In the last edition of the Argungu International Fishing Festival in 2020, an endangered and protected West African Manatee fish, called 'The Sea Cow' was caught but the then Gov of Kebbi State, @atikuabagudu ordered it's immediate return into the water. #Argungu
