$XPEV is leading the global race in flying cars.
Aridge, XPeng's flying-car unit, has just secured the UAE's first dedicated flying-car test zone, paving the way towards future certification and operational approval.
The partnership builds on Ras Al Khaimah’s first test flight of a flying vehicle with XPeng Aeroht in 2025 and expands the program from initial testing towards more advanced validation and operational trials.
A demonstration route between Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah is set— testing everything from flight planning and airspace coordination to ground support and safety protocols. The two cities are roughly 2.5 hours apart by car.
