Shocking service from @AsdaServiceTeam @asda – no delivery last night (8–10pm), no call, waited till 10:30 after travelling all day with my 8-month-old. Service team hung up twice & I’ve been charged twice for shopping that never arrived. Appalling. #AsdaFail

@AsdaServiceTeam My granddaughter has had her online order canceled for the 2nd time today with no notice £101 spent 3 hungry children, no food, such poor customer service. 3-5 days for refund, 3 children 5 and under. Please escalate #asdafail

It is actually uncomfortably cold for the first time sitting up this morning. And thanks to #Asdafail, I have no bath sheet (towel) to put round my shoulders ;( Not using 10 minutes heating (£42 electric, £7 emergency gas left)

This is not a debate on mask wearing! When your employer asks you to question customers not wearing a mask, they immediately put said staff at risk of severe verbal abuse. Let's put those decision makers in the same position I say. @asda #staffhealthandwellbeing #asdafail

Humans having a nightmare tonight, Asda shopping arrived with 16 missing items, including my duck fillets, told to contact the store but no reply just cuts you off, grrr @AsdaServiceTeam please can you find the driver with my missing duck fillets #duckfilletgate #asdafail

Seems @asda have a lot of irate customers today. Thanks for cancelling my order whilst I was on hold for the second time - an hour in total. Now got to wait for funds to clear back into my account so that I can do my shopping elsewhere. #asda #asdafail
