The most problematic is *(H)óykos, whose supposed descendants are restricted to Indo-Iranian, wherein Skt. एक eka 'one' and Nuristani language #Ashkun's āc̣ 'one' and others within #Nuristani (this felt closest to the root). This was replaced by *(H)áywas in Iranian.
