@thepath_ng A6c. - Finally, it has enabled me to impact more people, at scale. By virtue of the invitations to speak, share and connect. Basically, I'm building the capability to be a blessing to many more people. And influence their decisions and actions. #ChatWithBenjamin #AskPath

@thepath_ng A6b. - Has granted me access to some circles, that I might never have qualified for at this stage of my life. - Ups my value to organisations, because of the transferrable goodwill. - Provided me a platform to monetize or even get things for free. #ChatWithBenjamin #AskPath

@thepath_ng A6a. Interesting question. I think one thing I realised is that the process of building an online presence might be costly. But the returns are far-reaching. Having an online presence: - reduces my need to "over" introduce myself in certain circles #ChatWithBenjamin #AskPath

- Above all, understand that this is a process. So, patiently and pain-stakingly build. To BLOW abruptly is dangerous, as it can easily fizzle out. But to GROW is sustainable. Realise that all the work you've done, in your beginnings WILL matter. #ChatWithBenjamin #AskPath

So, for every time you don't show up, you are letting your tribe down and overtime, weakening their trust in you. Weakening their need to turn to you for information/value in the niche you created for yourself. - Above all, understand that #ChatWithBenjamin #AskPath

@thepath_ng A4c. Or I can start doing threads on twitter about everything I've seen in tech and startup. My friend, @aforisms_ currently does a tech news roundup. If I do stuff like that, I'm leveraging my online presence to PROMOTE my personal brand. #ChatWithBenjamin #AskPath

@thepath_ng A4b If my personal brand has evolved to be a reporter of startup and tech news to my friends and colleagues at work. Why don't I leverage digital channels and maybe own a blog that can easily reach more people? Or I can start... #ChatWithBenjamin #AskPath

@thepath_ng A4a I imagine IMPROVE here means PROMOTE / DISTRIBUTE. So, yes, you can use your online presence and activities to promote your personal brand. Let me give you an example. If my personal brand has evolved to be a reporter of startup and tech news #ChatWithBenjamin #AskPath

@thepath_ng A3c. The formula is simple. The more people know about you and what you stand for, the more opportunities you can get. Opportunities for collaboration, paid gigs or even impact. So, yes, a solid online presence can help reinforce a personal brand. #ChatWithBenjamin #AskPath

@thepath_ng A3b. But your reach is limited to the number of places you, or the people you've physically interacted with, can "go". But online you can potentially reach everyone with an internet connection. So, if you are thinking scaling your self, think online #ChatWithBenjamin #AskPath

@thepath_ng A3a. Yes, there is. Especially when you consider that the way we "scale" our ourselves is via digital and online channels. You can be known for something amongst your immediate community (like family, colleagues), but your reach is limited #ChatWithBenjamin #AskPath

@thepath_ng A12a. Wow! No golden rule 😂. But yes, development is a tough process full of success and pitfalls, however, for continuous progress, an individual must be committed to learning, unlearning, and relearning. #askpath #chatwithcharles

@thepath_ng A11b. In addition, identify these four things and be intentional about them; •Things you need to start doing •Things you need to stop doing •Things you need to do more •Things you need to do less. #askpath #chatwithcharles A11 Done.
