Terence Clee sells the majority of his $OVT just days after him posting (now deleted) how proud he was being a Number #1 shareholder.
Not the 1st time, I've called Clee out or had him investigated by ASIC

$HTG is near insolvent, if not insolvent.
$HTG is claiming that is has received $1.59m from a cap raise, yet that Cap raise needs shareholder approval before they should use it.
And so far, they have still not called a EGM to approve it, so that's at least a month away
