HUGE let down @AmericanAir!! Cancelled then delayed flts bc of mech issues, missed connection bc had to defuel. Arrive 2 days late! No $$ for hotel rooms or food. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! DON'T FLY AA when u want to return home in time!! #AAdvantageCreditCardHolder #AvoidAA

Thanks ⁦@AmericanAir⁩. 4 hours delayed yesterday and cancelled today without good options to get home tonight. Not sure whether AA or AA mechanics to blame (euphemistic ‘mechanical issues’) but time to get your act together and take care of your customers. #AvoidAA

@AmericanAir You stranded me in Vegas for 3 days, and claim 1 day of snow is the reason. It’s really because you don’t have enough planes. This cost me $600 with a competing airline to get home. My status didn’t mean anything to you so maybe my patronage doesn’t either #avoidAA

Hi @AmericanAir, I fly every week & avoid your airline as much as possible. I just want to know why we can never leave on time?? I was stuck booking with y'all & once again you never fail to disappoint. #avoidAA
