@jagograhakjago #AxisCards has in their replies to my complaint “stated” and “admitted that they allow a Merchant to debit a higher amount than what has been authenticated by their customer through Secured PIN on the card terminal. This is not only an integrity issue with @AxisBank, it raises a point on Customer Protection. Yet one more Case ID given today by another PNO, reproducing earlier replies verbatim, instead of addressing the SECURITY BREACH at hand. I think @RBI needs to shut #AxisCards & / or penalise @AxisBank @AxisBank for allowing a merchant to debit a higher amount than what has been authenticated through a Secured PIN. This raises concerns regarding the integrity of PIN-authenticated credit card transactions and customer protection. @RBIsays @nsitharamanoffc @FinMinIndia #AmitabhChaudhry #ArnikaDixit #SanjeevMoghe @arnikadixit

I hold Citibank CC for last 25 yrs. Never every hold time to citiphone was more than few mins. Today after Axis takeover, I am already on hold for 7 min. Not sure how many customers they will be able to retain. (BTW my call was to close card) #axiscards
