just messing around, #azuresyanpse serverless seems to read the delta table just fine, but I don't think it support skipping files and filter pushdown using the delta log, still it is nice to see this worflow works #DuckDB --> @DeltaLakeOSS --> synapse serverless

that will be an interesting pattern to use with #azuresyanpse notebook, specially if we get single node clusters :)

interesting, massive performance improvement to #azuresyanpse serverless TPCH-SF10 for the second run is 89 second !!!, that's not bad at all, it use to be in the 5 minute mark !!! @bogdanC_guid nice work !!!

here we go finally #azuresyanpse SQL Engine will have a real separation between compute and Storage and the compute will scale up and down to Zero, there is even a solid GIS SQL support out of the box,it took a while but #snowflake and #BigQuery be ready for a new fight.
