Finally back home. I hope the fact that #BA2236 has completely vanished from my account (including from past bookings) is because @British_Airways are embarrassed about how they handled it and not because they want to make it harder for customers to claim compensation…!

@British_Airways don’t you think a 12 pound voucher (printed as 3 x 4 pound) after 48 hour delay plus 2 on the plane is taking the mickey? I get you plan to do more - would it have been that hard to send the full email before we landed? (You had 48 hours to prepare…) #BA2236

Shame @British_Airways have told so many different stories about what happened that it is impossible to tell what is true and some of it must be lies. They should learn to issue official communication via a single official channel #fail #ba2236 #badcustomerservice
