Really enjoyed this symposium by @drgrahamthew @OsamUK77 & colleagues discussing adapting therapy for people with Social Anxiety Disorder in Japan.
Also discussed the low number of therapists in relation to the number of people struggling with their #MentalHealth.

Back from #BABCP2018 and reflecting on what I've learnt. Found this talk by Rory O'Connor so useful in understanding the transition between suicidal thoughts and suicidal attempts.
It's good to be home but had a great time @BABCP conference in #Glasgow #babcp2018 with other @CADATLondon staff. To borrow a phrase, am "fizzing" with ideas about how we can improve current practice and future research with and to benefit service users.
Really enjoyed presenting alongside @DrJenWild , @gaby_tyson , @ShamaElSalahi, @DrAnneLaura and Steve Hollon on PTSD and depression prevention in at risk groups.
