Today I did 15, then 1, then 3 pushups. It's not a lot, but I tried hard. My arms are just not as strong as my core.

Started up yesterday, after being a bit down and not doing much for a week.
Friday so far:
144 situps (felt scuppered after 72, but powered through)
36x 5 or 6 'high hulas', with 6-10 spins break between each. Dropped hoop 3-5 times.
Did the 'full hula-spinning exercise' - 36 turns of each permutation, a total of 144 turns.
For me, spinning the hula-hoop right is definitely harder than spinning it left.
Listened to @werenotwizards . Took 10-15 min. Definitely a cardio-vascular exercise.
