@bt_uk #bt #btcustomerservice @bt I have a problem with my router. Called the number from website. Directed to a chatbot. It’s sent me round Circles. Hopeless . It’s directed from BT to EE and back again. How do I speak to a human ( or email )?

. @OpenreachHelp @BTGroup Given #BT pledge for CS I would appreciate it if someone from #BTGroup #OpenReach or #BTCustomerService would get back to my grandson with a modicum of understanding & given he was let down TWICE since ordering the service give an earlier date.

I am well into hour two of holding on, listening to naff music, trying to cancel my @bt_uk account, which cannot provide reliable broadband. They want to change me over £200 and are doing their best to make it impossible to cancel. #BTbroadband #BTcustomerservice #btbadservice

Unbelievably the worst customer experience with @bt_uk @btcare online chat and on the phone, over 1hr and 45 minutes. Poor customer service and over complicating the situation which was their error in the first place! 👎 #BT #BTCustomerservice

Atrocious customer service once again from @bt_uk contradicting what the previous advisor states every time i ring up. Will never use them again and will never recommend them! They are not getting another penny out me!! Absolute joke of a company #bt #btcustomerservice
