Una oportunidad única para mostrar, de la mano de entidades referentes, cómo se aplican los más altos estándares de higiene y control en el sector cárnico.
Desde @ainiatecnologia , nuestras compañeras Carmen Serrano y Pamela Riveros están liderando esta segunda fase formativa sobre higiene alimentaria y control de carnes.
