@DanielGenealogy Also: I loved the idea of collaborating and digging together at #BWBHour , what a pity that it's gone.
Then came #BWBHour (used to be on Twitter as @BWBHour) - originally known as Brick Wall Busters Hour but had to be abbreviated. This sorta worked at the start but went downhill as I usually had one or two people every week and there wasn't any brick walls to save so wasn't...
@gene_alogy @DanielGenealogy used to have a Twitter chat on this but stopped it due to not many attendees or brick walls to solve. The hashtag for that used to be #BWBHour.
β¦end up being failures (#BWBHour, directory for genealogists, directory for genealogy content creators and I feel TWIG Chat isnβt doing great recently - my bad with that) and Iβm not sure if itβs something to do with me or my personality that makes this stuff fail but I [5/6]
...attended #BWBHour since April 2020. I wasn't having much luck with it and what with things like @StackGenealogy being out there, it's probably better. [2/2]
@packrat74 As I couldn't find the tweet you said about being happy doing, I have thought about stopping #BWBHour because there might not be much of an audience for it. It tends to be you, @beachdaze & @ShamrockGen that decide to pop by. But I haven't decided about #BWBHour's fate yet...
@Cferra1227 @packrat74 Excuse me? π€£ I'm an angel, Chris! π Although my sister will tell you differently... π

@packrat74 Oh I know! The Twitter chats to me don't take much to maintain... (Which is why I like them!) I will know when to stop, I promise! #BWBHour
If anyone wants to drop into #BWBHour you'll find the Australia and New Zealand one under #BWBHourAusNZ - it's on now so hope to see you there!
right time to chat with family folks - take care talk to you next time #BWBHour
@beachdaze What I like to do with a match that I haven't determined how I'm related is to use a private unsearchable tree and build out the line until I get to about the generations where I should expect a common ancestor. Pay close attention to geography and familiar names.

@pennysresearch Oh I know but it's a constant feeling that I need to get it out so I announce it in time and give the interviewee the publicity they deserve (almost gave a little hint away!) #BWBHour
@beachdaze Have you been able to try to trace out this possible common ancestor you have in common? I find that I can use the trees of my DNA matches as a place to mine some candidates.

#BWBHour I'm here tonight - for a little while, waiting for a phone call... how is everybody? I've enjoyed your interviews lately Daniel.
@beachdaze Has this possible cousin tested their DNA? If that why they think there is a connection?

@packrat74 Have you looked at all of the individuals in the household in 1850 census?
Where was the unsourced marriage record from? You can look at the town records on FamilySearch and also start to narrow down churches as well.
