Nver Beglaryan, a resident of Voskepar village, claims that if the 4 villages are handed over to #Azerbaijan, the enemy will not settle them, but will turn them into a military base against #Kirants, #Voskepar, #Baghanis, #Voskevan & neighboring villages of #Tavush region. The #Turks will not stop, the next step will be to demand the so-called enclaves. The goal of this is to control the interstate roads of #Armenia.
