🚨🚨🚨🚨The corrupt Pinal County Supervisors are holding a hearing tomorrow about conducting #barfare against the only conservative elected attorney left in Arizona, our valiant Pinal County Attorney Brad Miller - all because he entered into a partnership with ICE! Brad, a Marine and MAGA champion, is being targeted because he is a conservative. Please spread the word! (Barfare is a subset of lawfare - refers to using the leftist dominated state bars to destroy conservative attorneys)
On day one, @POTUS vowed to end weaponization in and by the federal government. @TheJusticeDept strives to advance this important presidential priority by tackling #barfare head-on.
When an attorney’s license to practice law hinges on his or her advocacy, the integrity of the profession collapses and begins policing politics instead.
Thank you, @CPInst, for the opportunity to speak on this important topic.

🚨🚨🚨🚨Here is one of the most important articles I have ever written IMHO. We are at a crossroads. Will the Supreme Court step in and stop the #Barfare and #Lawfare or will it sidestep it to allow it to continue? If the left is allowed to take out the right's top constitutional lawyer @DrJohnEastman merely for helping out Trump with legal issues regarding the corrupt 2020 election, they will have set a precedent to destroy ALL conservative attorneys.
I always say that every conservative election attorney I know in Arizona has been disciplined, is in the process of being disciplined, or is facing bar complaints. If John Eastman’s disbarment is allowed to stand, no lawyer will dare to take on these important cases anymore.

Notice there is ZERO mention of the bar going after Leticia James and her cronies for targeting Trump with lawfare. If a conservative attorney had done this, they would have been disbarred ages ago. #barfare

This is the level of lawfare the Democrats resorted to.
C’est à ce niveau-là que les démocrates ont poussé la guerre judiciaire. @JeffClarkUS #JohnLottJr #Lawfare #Democrats #TheyPlayDirty #Barfare
Dr. Lott @JohnRLottJr is a world-renowned economist/econometrician/statistician.
Thank you for recognizing the horrific nature of Barfare, Dr. Lott.
And for my followers’ benefit, Dr. Lott, former eminent Professor Lott, was one of the expert witnesses at my DC Bar trial.
He explained how he was working in 2020 as an expert consultant for DOJ on crime statistics for the Office of Justice Programs. And many of you may know him as the foremost data expert on the wisdom of the Second Amendment. Author of many books and monographs.
He prepared an analysis of the 2020 election results in Georgia and concluded, using all his deep economics, econometric, and statistics training, that the results showed incredible anomalies even controlling for obvious variables.
Many lawyers would not have understood his analysis or the significance of it. But with my honors economics degree from Harvard and my three years after college of doing applied economics for the State of Delaware on tax policy from 1989 to 1992 — before I started law school — I did understand it.
And it showed that significant FBI resources should have been devoted in 2020 to investigating the presidential election in Georgia.
Instead, Dr. Lott’s work for DOJ was buried by those on DOJ’s 4th and 5th floors at the time.
And the hearing committee members and the DC Board on Professional Responsibility discounted that evidence in my trial
too, refusing to credit me with the ability to use the Lott study to make my own determinations different from my then colleagues in DOJ leadership to come to conclusions about the 2020 election and the crying need to do more investigation of it.
Again, thank you Dr. Lott for courageously standing up for me and because you see with crystal clarity what the progressives are trying to do using a perversion of bar discipline powers.
Just as you say, their aim is to leave the conservative side of the American political house with no lawyers to represent them.
And when David Brock started The 65 Project, he was completely honest that that was precisely his objective.
Brock and his fellow travelers cannot be allowed to succeed, as @mrddmia well knows.
BREAKING: DOJ is suing the "partisan" Democrat D.C. Bar's disciplinary counsel Hamilton "Phil" Fox for conducting "bad-faith and harassing prosecutions" (#barfare) against several Trump associates by disbarring them on "baseless" charges while going easy on anti-Trump lawyers for serious crimes including falsifying evidence:

Ex-AG Bill Barr opposes DC disbarment of Trump official Jeff Clark over 2020 election stance https://t.co/SWEV5ToXfl
Jeff Clark wrote a draft letter. Didn’t send it.
Kevin Clinesmith lied to a FISA court and helped frame a president.
Guess which one the DC Bar is protecting?

New leftist tactic: weaponize bar associations.
Dark-money groups are filing bar complaints against DOJ attorneys just for defending Trump’s administration.
This isn’t oversight. It’s a purge.
