E-scooters ‘can’ be hazardous for #Blind & #PartiallySighted people. Yesterday Merseyside Sight Loss Council met with staff from @VoiTechnologyUK to take them on a sim spec walk round #Liverpool so they could experience first-hand the difficulties that badly parked scooters pose
