The Worldcoin Case: Judgment on 5 May 2025.
Today, the Worldcoin case came up for hearing, and our Counsel @joshuamalidzo highlighted Katiba Instituteโs submissions supporting our Judicial Review application (a Judicial Review application is a request to a court to review an administrative action or decision.)
On 25 August 2023, Katiba Institute, through a Judicial Review application, went to court to challenge the collection, processing, and transfer of iris and facial images (biometric data)using the World Coin App and the Orb against the Worldcoin Foundation.
Lady Justice Aburili Roselyne will deliver the judgment on 5 May 2025 in open court.
