Why is the #SEC so concerned about #CEFFU custody services taking control of #binanceUS assets?
Well probably not because of #CEFFU or #bifinity its probably because of #nestservices
wtf is Nest Services Limited.....well I'm glad you asked (because CEFFU doesn't tell you).
So zero cash going into the Lithuanian coffers until at least 2024 and only if they make more than $50m profit.

The last few days I've been down two #Binance rabbit holes;
#Bifinity/#CEFFU
and
#Swiftsingapore (now Tornado)
turns out they are connected.
and here it is. hiding in plain site......note: CEFFU HOLDINGS is NOT defined as all the other entities are....why because they are trying to be tricky dickies.
So it looks like #bifinity are the licensee of the Custody Wallet Technology. The licensor is "CEFFU HOLDINGS"
This is going to get interesting.
#ceffu aka #bifinity are claiming they don't provide services to US Companies including #binanceUS aka #BAM.
This disparity was not just #bifinity but also (to varying degrees) the others I was trying to match.
From there I made the assumption PBT numbers didn't include any profits from capital gains and with a bit of massaging I was to get to the second-year tax of $41.1m
One of the replies was from @cryptadamus who referenced #bifinity's status as one of #lithuania's top corporate tax contributors....something that's been smashed around #cryptotwitter no end.
Here's a little rant about #duediligence something #crypto doesn't do very much of.
Over the last couple of days, I've gone back and revisited some of my older #binance related posts - particularly #bifinity.
