1. Read==write
2. Information is preserved
3. Don't be to clever!
4. Don't change anything! (if someone gives you a #gro file, return a #gro file, don't add things, don't rename things, etc)
5. Store general / write specific 1/2

We’re now running lots of GPU jobs on the @OracleIaaS cloud as part of our BioSimSpace submission to the #D3R challenge. Thousands of calcs needed and a very tough data set. Hopefully #BioSimSpace will perform well...
