People find that #BioLateralSound helps them to fall into a #restfulsleep. That makes sense because it promotes relaxation & rr promotes sleep. Good idea to 1st use BL Sound for #relaxation during the day before trying it before sleep #goodsleephabits #consciousbrain #deeperbrain

Many actors I have worked with listen to #BiolateralSound right before they go onstage or in front of the camera. The actors reported the sound helped open their creativity, get them deeper into character & ground them. #activated #deepbrain #nervoussystem #acting
