Even after 6 months, there has been no neurological recovery. Ultrasound evaluation revealed a pathological space—likely representing a mix of fibrosis, calcified drug-induced tissue reaction, vascular insult, and chronic inflammation surrounding the plexus. 🧠 Key Clinical Findings 1. Thrombosis of the superior cervical artery 2. Calcified fat deposits around the plexus, suggesting a drug-induced reaction, not hematoma or LA spread 3. Thickening of brachial plexus divisions, consistent with chronic neurolytic insult 4. Origin of suprascapular nerve is normal 5.
