@Angry_Steak @Thusundi @DunderMoose Good players won’t get their PCs destroyed in the meat grinder unless those PCs were rolled up with terrible stats. Me and @bluehosscat had no problem keeping our PCs alive in #Bloodfall it’s all about skill & planning. #HelDelver players are learning it.

Thanks to @DrakonInvictus running #Bloodfall, I got to play a zealous viking serving Forseti and guiding souls to Valhalla, an Elf (Faerie) searching for hidden lore, a Dwarven Merchant raiding the coastline for gold and glory, and a young guardsman trying to take back his home.

My players begged me to run a vikings campaign, but then each secretly wanted to be the special snowflake who wasn't a viking -- "I'm the crusader lost in the north." I didn't run the campaign. Subverting tropes can be fun but only if most people are actually playing the tropes.

@Nobleshield #Bloodfall is played w the “exactly 0 but maybe as low as -3” rule Jeffro claims here. Since I lost my Paladin recently by being damaged to -5. I believe that’s the correct interpretation to the rule that Jeffro screenshot here. But @LL_929 & @DrakonInvictus know more
