So #Blood_Work is at 1:50pm today.
These are tests #Oncologist needs done before the #biopsy on my back.
My Sister will check my snail mail back in #yeg on Friday for mail on the biopsy day & time.
Until this biopsy is done #chemo is on hold.

My car is my only lifeline …
It takes me 30min down the highway for #chemo treatments (every 3 weeks for life).
It gets me to lab for #blood_work each week of chemo.
It gets me to the #Doctors, #CT_Scans & so much more.

#Blood_Work Tuesday at 10:30am.
Been taking 2000mg of #magnesium four times a day … so 8g per day.
Hope that pushes me up into “safe for #chemo” range !
Because of Good Friday (some religious type holiday🤷🏻♂️) #chemo would be Thursday morning. 🤞🏻

Just checked Hyundai Website & re-did the math.
I’m now hoping I find 640 friends to donate $25 each so I keep my car beyond March 13th.
640 kind & generous souls who want to see me continue to get to #Doctors, #Chemo, #Blood_Work & see my family 300km away.

What a Friggin morning.
On Wednesday prior to Friday’s Chemo I get a call from the #Nurse & then talk to the On Duty #Oncologist.
I did my #blood_work on Tuesday but no call yesterday.
I called this am & found out there was a huge scheduling kerfuffle.
No appt booked !

Went to the #Vampires yesterday, got my #blood_work done.
#Neutrophils are low, but not low enough to prevent #chemo on Friday.
Some other levels were low too but we’re still good to go.
Just have to do the pre-chemo screen with the Nurse & a quick how-do with the Doctor.
I have $8 in change (stealing my laundry coins) …
I’m headed out for #Blood_Work & then gonna have a @Lynn_wells11 top notch treat.

#Chemo has been approved after taking a 1 week break for #Radium.
My #Blood_Work came back good & the #Oncologist rubber stamped my treatment.
Tonight I’ll put on fresh #Ostomy supplies & report for #Chemo at 0830hrs tomorrow morning.
Want to be recovered by tattoo day.

I failed my #Blood_Test & #Chemo has been cancelled this week.
#Neutrophils are too low & we can’t risk another treatment lowering them more.
I’m disappointed as I hate #Treatment delays.
Redo #Blood_Work in 6 days to see if any improvement.

Had #Blood_Work done on Tuesday Morning.
Did my pre-chemo assessment & am approved for Friday Morning at 0830hrs & I should be done 1430-1500hrs.
Magnesium and Calcium are low but the vital tests were all mostly good.
So the Battle continues …
