The Isaaq clan, which calls itself Somaliland, has deployed a "Rapid Reaction Unit (RRU)" in the city of #Borame to kill the people of Awdal who oppose the separatist Isaac clan.
While prisoners in the prison in the city of Borame have killed and injured some of the #soldiers, who are of the Isaaq clan by birth. The people of the Awdal region want to be part of the regional administrations that are members of the Federal Government of Somalia.
