Added outlines to the #BoneToPix lighting shader. Outlines get ignored by lighting, so they're always a solid color.

It'll be on the Unity Asset Store pretty soon. I'll probably also make a video / blogpost explaining roughly how it works once it's finished.

Very close to finishing on the pixel-art conversion tool.
Figured out a good way to deal with noise in the animation at smaller resolutions. Output sprite is 64x64
