On August 25th, the Sugao Stone Buddha Fire Festival was held in Mie-machi, Bungo-ono City. This cozy, local event is rooted in a legend where a demon carved the cliffside Buddha statues. In a humorous twist, the festival begins with the demon receiving a certificate of appreciation!
A highlight is the "Rooster Crowing Contest," based on the legend of a demon who demanded a village daughter as his bride. To save her, villagers mimicked a rooster's crow to trick the demon into thinking morning had come. The event is full of laughter and community spirit.
The festival also features powerful drumming and traditional dances, with children taking on the exciting "Torch Throwing" challenge to close out the festivities. A wonderful way to promote local revitalization and celebrate the unique charm of the Sugao Cliffside Buddha statues!

2. An Arc entry pass will be issued to those brave enough to access the storylines.

Future story arcs from protagonists like Ninigi, Sarutahiko, Uzume, Amaterasu, and more will be added. These untold stories aim to provide different Kami perspectives and recreate a more complete Kojiki Records.
