NEW £100M FACTORY: Siemens Mobility has announced plans to to build a new £100 million factory in Chippenham, Wiltshire, to house its cutting-edge rail infrastructure manufacturing, digital engineering, and research & development (R&D) operations. The historic marque, which is a subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra-owned Classic Legends, plans to open a new factory in the UK to manufacture motorcycles for both the domestic and international markets. ▪️ Expected to create more than 2,500 jobs, a huge expansion of MIRA Technology Park - already home to over 35 major firms including Aston Martin, Polestar, Triumph, GKN and JLR - has been approved. #UKmfg🇬🇧
