the suffering has already started at Taree NSW this morning. Apologies for posting such heart wrenching images so early but this is what is happening right now. Don't watch if you are feeling a bit fragile or vulnerable. Some serious questions need answering on what happened to this greyhound. "Counterpart" is just 2 years old and this was his second ever race. He appears to have either become injured inside the starting box or as he exits. He is clearly suffering and distressed. another greyhound dead in Victoria just now at Sandown - the second so far today. Sickening... hard to watch This is "Winckie Bale" in a horrible fall on the first turn. Clearly suffering, she is removed from the track while race is running (see last image). Was declared a no race. No report yet but her record has just changed to DECEASED. Likely euthanised. She was 4 years old and used for racing 82 times.
