Have a Read... Putting code Inside the Database, and executing it Right-There, close to the Data, has just become easier... #BringCodetoData #SmartDB

Best Analogy. #BringCodetoData is more Efficient. And if you worry about "scale out", check presentations by @ToonKoppelaars and others. a #SmartDB is just a (set of) #microservices by another name..

Data have mass OK, it doesn't really weight anything. But flinging data around your network takes time Think of it like carving a rock Would you drag the rock to your tools, or carry the tools to the rock? Moving your code to the data can be significantly faster #SQL

@dhoogfr @johnnyq72 @FranckPachot @Docker It can be a bit bucket, but "flat files" or "documents" are cheaper buckets. An RDBMS does much more, it has "brains". (a Database is Smart - Bitbuckets are dumb panicky animals, and you know it - Quote from Agent K) . #SmartDB #DataGravity #BringCodeToData
