Community members were educated on the process Eskom follows to replace failed transformers, the safe use of electricity, the dangers of illegal connections, operating on our network and meter tampering, how to contact Eskom and how customers can apply for Free Basic Electricity from the municipality. Eskom service agents were also on hand to assist residents with various electricity service-related queries.
