It is likely that Lou knew Shawne from her days at Arthur Andersen's firm. Lou stopped working there in 1990. In 2002 the firm voluntarily surrendered its licenses to practice as CPAs after it was found to have done false accountings. #InvestigateLouTaylor #BritneySWATTeam
