Yesterday, Mayor Brandon M. Scott and CAO Faith P. Leach joined our Director, Corren Johnson, and our pothole teams to help us on the home stretch of the #BuildBetterBaltimore Sprint.

As of June 29th, the DOT crews have filled 15,302 potholes, scrubbed off 2,464 graffiti markings, and cleared 14,756 lane miles of litter!

As of this week, our crews are continuing to double down on addressing core city services for our residents and we’re seeing great progress.
This year, we also outed the Spring clean-up with the kickoff of our next #BuildBetterBaltimore City Sprints goals:
Last spring, and then again last fall, city crews went above and beyond – hitting every single goal we set for them.
If you have been following along, back in October, I announced our second phase of #BuildBetterBaltimore Sprints. As we approach the 90-day mark, we've already exceeded three out of our four goals.

✅ Completed 36,804 Rat Inspections.
✅ Cleaned and maintained 761 tree wells.
✅ Installed 155-speed humps across neighborhoods.

As of June 26, we've filled 22,876 potholes and repaved 10.31 miles.
