I went in thinking: analyze the last 30 days of reviews as starting point
She Came out with a better question:
What changed since the last app release?
Reviews are sparse. A fixed 30-day window can flatten the signal. A release gives the feedback context: what changed, what spiked, what persisted.
Next build:
release โ signals โ trend change โ top issue โ action
This is why you talk to users before getting too attached to the implementation.

Next question to answer at #BuildWeek @GrowthX_Club.
Before I pick any tool, I need to answer four questions:
Who is the ONE person?
What's the ONE moment?
What's the core action?
What can go wrong?
Mine:
Riya, 31 โ Monday product sync โ Signals โ #1 problem + evidence
The last question was the most interesting.
If we get it wrong:
โ Team bandwidth gets wasted
โ She can't defend the decision and gets reprimanded
โ โWhy didn't we catch this?โ becomes a very uncomfortable question
So the output can't just be an AI recommendation.
It needs to be a decision a PM can defend.
Next โ cutting this down to V1.
