What are some ways you promote and market your webcomic on WEBTOON CANVAS? ๐ข #CANVASCreatorTips
@webtooncanvas That if your intention is to make ad revenue, make shorter chapters and more of them. One 100 panel update displays one ad, but five 20 panel updates display five, all while you put out the same amount of content. ๐

Here's a bit of writing know-how: repetition in a story can be a powerful tool when used right.
(Note that in this case, I don't mean when you copy + paste panels to drag out the moment/do close ups.)

Aside from technical tips, I really want to talk about mentality tips! What mindset to put yourself when making a comic! So heres a very summarized list of them! (1/?)
@webtooncanvas My #CANVAScreatortips is that You need more than motivation/inspo, you need dedication + schedule to build habits. Set up at specific time during the day to work. That way you get things done consistently out of habit rather than getting things done only when you have inspiration

A QUICK WORD OF ADVICE FOR #CANVASCreatorTips
I know it can be disheartening to feel like your comic isnโt being seen, or you canโt find your audience, or you canโt get others to promote your stuff yet.
But youโve gotta just keep at it. Your persistence will pay off. Trust me.
My number 1 #canvascreatortips is to be kind to yourself if youโre doing it alone. Thatโs a lot of work to do solo so donโt be too hard on yourself.
Oh and sometimes stepping away for a day can help you realize the problem with a panel youโre struggling with. #CANVASweek
For a #CANVASCreatorTips for #CANVASWeek we'd say to consider doing emotion charts of 40-50 faces for each character, and use those faces to strategically fill out your episodes when need be :)
