@cefmafacilities A4. For day of decisions, once they are made it tends to go out on twitter. If we know we are cancelling a day or further out we make a bigger push with press release or on the front page of the athletic website. #CEFMAInSession
@cefmafacilities A3. Depends on the game and facility. Typically we follow the same guidelines for all exterior sports. Up until the game starts the event manager and facilities person on hand monitor and work with the officials. Once the game starts it is in their hands #CEFMAInSession

@cefmafacilities A7: No, it is not in terms of how it is written, but we are more flexible with baseball and softball as there is more operations that need to take place. This may be something that we revisit with the AT Staff this summer! #CEFMAInSession

@cefmafacilities A6: 8 miles - we clear based on minutes to get guests to shelter before lightning is within 8 miles. We consult with meteorologist (either on-site or contract over phone) for the all-clear rather than solely relying on 30 minutes #CEFMAInSession
@cefmafacilities A6 the OVC has a 10 mile rule. We begin notification of teams, officials, and guests at 20 miles (if storm is tracking to competition site) with pre-written PA’s and video board messaging
