@bhamlaw @K_E_Brown27 Sorry I couldn’t make this @maireadenright as sounded fascinating but hosting a #Cepler1920 @ceplerstudent event at same time ☹️
The main aspects and claims within the Paterson case now being explored by @SharonBanga2016. @Shoosmiths led on the civil claim but also involved in criminal trial too. Involvement of the GMC & liability of the private healthcare provider he worked for also critical #cepler1920
Really diverse areas that @SharonBanga2016 gets to explore/practice within her role + work within the @Shoosmiths Clinical Negligence team. Rogue Surgeon and Inquest work are growing areas of practice in 2019. #cepler1920 @bhamlaw
And @ishakhatunx @SharonBanga2016 have very kindly brought lots of @Shoosmiths goodies too - I predict a stampede from @BhamLawStudents at the end of this #cepler1920 ‘Law in Practice’ @bhamlaw event for this little lot! #formanorderlyqueue
Next up in our #Cepler1920 ‘Law in Practice’ week is @bhamlaw alumna Sharon Banga @SharonBanga2016, Associate, Clinical Negligence team @Shoosmiths. Great turn out - packed audience! Looking forward to hearing about Sharon’s practice area & casework. Thanks also to @ishakhatunx
Mark Cook (Partner, local gov) + trainees Anna Dearden & Sam Smith from @ACSLLP exploring key skills that firm is looking for in potential applicants at ‘Birmingham Law in the City’ #cepler1920 event. Ping #LawTalkBLS @BhamLawStudents @bhamlaw creativity/curiosity on the list!
Everyone mingling over a super lunch @GowlingWLG_UK - lovely to see @bhamlaw @BhamLawStudents connecting with lawyers from firms all over Brum @ESgloballaw @HoganLovells @Pinsent_Masons @ACSLLP @MandRTrainees @thebtss @UniversityofLaw at ‘Birmingham Law in the City’ #cepler1920
