#HMRC,why don’t you develop an employment status tool that applies to all industries, without taking in to account any caselaw, whilst making the tool so convoluted that you need a HR, Finance and Law degree to be able to answer the questions... oh wait you already have #CESTfool

@HMRCgovuk You understand that this is a symptom of the #IR35 reforms? Cause & Effect. If fair & lawful assessments took place you'd get many less people who feel aggrieved and 'tempted' by those promoting such schemes. Instead #CESTfool In #Healthcare its blanket #FalseEmployment -#NHS
