Ongoing #PublicParticipation on #CFSP2021 at Nyali, Mombasa. Are citizen needs and priorities same as 'what the county terms as priorities? ' #CFSP should provide a #ParticipationReport on extent to which #publicviews were taken into account and informing priorities. #CFSP21
