This isn't really a #Changelly problem. It's a risk that exists with all centralized exchange services.
Once your assets enter a custodial platform, you may find yourself having to prove that the funds belong to you.
And that's exactly why decentralized exchanges exist.
Examples in the #BCH ecosystem include:

Their biggest advantage isn't lower fees.
It's that your assets remain under your control until the swap is completed.
You don't have to hand custody of your funds to a third party and hope their compliance team eventually approves your case.
On 11 March 2025, I swapped 5.7357 BTC into USDT through @Changelly. My transaction was immediately placed on hold.
Since then, I have fully cooperated and submitted all requested documents, including KYC, transaction receipts, proof of ownership, and supporting information. Yet, after 461 days, I continue to receive the same response: "Under Review."
I have also registered a complaint in my jurisdiction. The Investigating Officer (Law Enforcement) has sent multiple notices and emails to Changelly's Legal and Compliance Departments, but, to the best of my knowledge, no response has been provided to the officer either.
I am not asking for special treatment. I am simply asking for:
A clear reason for the continued hold on my assets
A meaningful update on my case
A response to the communications from law enforcement
A fair and timely resolution
The prolonged uncertainty has caused significant financial and personal hardship for me and my family.
I respectfully request @Changelly to provide transparency and resolve this matter.
I would also appreciate any guidance or suggestions from the crypto community and crypto influencers on what lawful steps I can take to move this matter toward a resolution.
